No gym, No workouts? That’s where you’re wrong. 2020 has been a life changer for many. Within a span of months, the entire world went into a lockdown. Everything known to us shifted from offline to online: from going out to work to ‘work from home’, from eating outside to learning to cook at home, from going to the movies to Netflix & Chill, from working out in gyms, to well,just lying on the couch doing nothing. And, unfortunately, with the way things are going, this is going to be the new normal for quite some time. But, what absolutely cannot be normal in our “new” normal is lazing our way into being a couch potato. It’s time to wave goodbye to the days of idling around with a bag of munchies and welcome a new, dynamic schedule focusing on our fitness and immunity, because that is the only way we can give ourselves a fighting chance against this rapidly changing virus.
