Understanding that sports are not merely for entertainment but essential for cultivating teamwork, leadership spirit, and overall well-being, the state invested in sports facilities. This investment extended beyond pursuing fun and games; it was a strategic move to enhance team spirit, mental development, and happiness among citizens.
